I CAN STOP HURRICANES!

Stopping or at least severely weakening a hurricane has been very much on the mind of scientists all over the world. Hurricanes causing damages is a big problem for a few countries out there and USA in particular. Annual loss due to hurricanes is measured in tens of billions of dollars and something must be done to relieve this problem.
If you are reading this, you must've heard about the Big Hurricane Suck, a project backed by Bill Gates aimed to stop hurricanes. Quite a few scientists seem skeptical however admitting that the plan might work. The whole idea of cooling ocean surface waters is not new. It's been proved that if water on the path of the hurricane can be cooled enough it may weaken the storm or even completely dissipate it. Scientists around the world point out a few problems with a plan proposed by Bill Gates which in short is based around the idea of dispatching barges equipped with pumps on the path of the tropical storm and cooling ocean surface waters by pumping warm water down and cold water up. A few problems that were pointed out include the necessary scale of the operation and resulting costs. While scientists agree that this can be done, they worry that too many barges must be deployed and they might not have enough time to cool the waters sufficiently or there might not be enough barges to do it. In other words Big Hurricane Suck presents itself with a lot of logistical, financial, technological and safety problems. I guess for these exact reasons people in the Bill Gates’s team say that it is a plan C kind of thing, a last resort in the face of a deadly storm.
Well, I might just have a solution for all these problems and the whole tropical storms problem in general. This is why I created this small web site, hoping to reach people who might be interested in actually reducing or eliminating the annual financial and life loss caused by tropical storms in a very cost efficient and safe way. It happens that I partially own an already patented technology that will allow people to successfully fight tropical storms. I work with a Russian scientist and inventor Pavel Mantashian. One day he told me about his latest invention on how to stop hurricanes and I became very interested. We reached an agreement and became coowners of this technology and I'm the person in charge of trying to get it out there, sell it or license it to an interested party while Mr. Mantashian provides scientific support.
This idea is based on the same principle of cooling ocean's surface waters by lifting cold water from the ocean depths. But this technology works using nothing but the oceans own energy! It solves a lot of problems Big Hurricane Suck is facing right away:
1. It doesn't require any outside power.
2. It does not require too many ships to tow it out there and install it.
3. You can cover a huge amount of ocean's surface at a very cost efficient way, leave the equipment in place and let it do its job.
4. There is little to no risk of injury or death of the servicing crew.
5. It won't be expensive to manufacture and it may provide additional benefits due to the nature of the way it works.
6. It also can be used to improve conditions for fishing industries by helping plankton to grow more rapidly and in increased volume.
7. It also might help with the Global Warming, provided that it is deployed on a huge scale. It cools ocean's waters, thus cooling the atmosphere too.
For obvious reasons I will not go into further details on how this technology works, but I want to inform anyone who is interested that we are ready to talk. We can sell it if the offer is good enough, but we prefer to license it for a reasonable percentage from profits or the amount of money saved by using it.
I believe that USA federal government should be the party most interested in this technology because it will save billions of dollars every year, it will also save lives and potentially even make money by improving the ecological and fishery conditions.
I already contacted multiple USA federal agencies including the President of USA Barack Obama but had no response yet.
I wrote to Bill Gates and to his team also because I think they should be interested in it as well. I also contacted a few people and organizations but I haven’t got any response yet.
This is why I've built this web page to try and get us noticed. It won't take a lot of money or any money at all to talk and consider working with us.
I do believe that instead of being plan C, this can be Plan A and to turn into a history changing event.
